Type
Vigna Camparoncioli is a captivating IGT Tuscan red wine made from Sangiovese grapes, enhanced with a brief passage over the Merlot grape pomace. This wine perfectly expresses the uniqueness of the Tuscan territory.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The contact with Merlot pomace occurs before the racking of the Merlot. Aging lasts at least 14 months in small oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color with enveloping aromas of red fruits, ripe cherries and a delicate spicy note. On the palate, it is smooth, with soft tannins, round and persistent. It pairs wonderfully with traditional Tuscan first courses and red meats.
